Music instruction for children entering grades 4 through 12. Full and half-day programs are available and no auditions are required. Students receive instruction on the musical instrument of their choice to refine their techniques and perfect their musical skills. Students are encouraged to study both a primary instrument and secondary instrument. Classes are divided according to age as well as ability, and all students perform in at least one ensemble: orchestra, band, chorus, woodwind, string, brass or jazz ensemble. Instruction in chorus and music theory is recommended for all students and required for new musicians. Keyboard instruction is offered for beginners only on a first-come, first-served basis.
